Cheap room and staff is always competent.

Every time we stay in Keszthely, like to stay here. Hotel is truly exceptional and beautiful and everything was good. The location is peaceful and it is near to the train station and the lake Balaton. Further, there's Helikon Castle Museum just a short walk away from the property too.

Very good staff experience. The hotel is in a small town but still a walking distance to the lake Balaton. Idi dnot use all the facilities, but the hotel is clean, small, and well positioned.

They advertise having a pool, but there is only a small jacuzzi, no swimming pool. We were not impressed with breakfast. Too expensive, for a 3 star hotel. It´s not even right by the lake (10 min walk). They also advertise free wifi all over the hotel, but it didn't work in our room, we had to go sit on the hallway to be able to use our computers.
